Chicken & Dumplings

A real comfort food is chicken and dumplings in a nice Dutch oven pot. Here I make the dinner while my little adopted Chiweenie dog named, Buddy looks on. He was a joy to have for the few months until he crossed over the rainbow bridge. He loved being in the kitchen with me and smelling all the great food cooking. Yes, he got a taste of the good chicken after it had cooled.
