Mom's Meatloaf

Everyone makes meatloaf differently, but no matter how you make it there is always room for change. I make a basic meatloaf, but I add a flavored topping that you just can't leave off after making the meatloaf. It is so good. I also get my hands into the bowl to mix the ingredients, just like my grandmother's used to do. Blending everything and mixing until it comes out just right. Serve with a nice baked potato or mashed potatoes. Add a green vegetable and and be sure to watch how I make rich and creamy chocolate pudding for dessert. Yum
